Paris workshop – October 23-24, 2026

Paris, as you see it — Two days of street photography in the Latin Quarter and along the Seine.
Join award‑winning Danish photographer Morten Albek for an immersive, small‑group workshop designed to sharpen your eye for light, timing, and storytelling in one of the world’s great walking cities.

We’ll work the Latin Quarter’s side streets, river light, and café scenes—slowing down, setting a visual goal, and building confidence with every frame.

Information about schedule and stay

What to expect
  • Hands‑on learning, real streets. Two structured days: orientation and setup in the morning, guided street sessions, then a recap to cement what you’ve learned. Day two builds on day one’s goals so your progress becomes visible—and repeatable.
  • Typical hours are 10:00–17:00 (Day 1) and 10:00–15:00 (Day 2).
  • Small groups (4–8). Personal feedback and space to work your scene at your pace. Before we meet, you’ll get a short survey so the teaching fits your level and goals.
  • Bring any camera. All brands and formats welcome. Morten’s clear, simple approach keeps you focused on composition, light, and the decisive moment.
  • After you get home. You’re invited to a free group Zoom critique—time to edit, reflect, and consolidate your learning with the cohort.

Booking

  • After signing up you will receive a short Q&A about your goal, camera and lenses you bring. You will also receive follow up informations before and after the workshop.

Practicalities
Participants arrange their own travel, accommodation, and meals; we include relaxed coffee breaks during the day. Come prepared for the weather, with charged batteries and clear cards—or fresh film.

Where to stay?
We meet at Verse Toujours, a nice Café / Bar / Restaurant at 3 Av. des Gobelins, 75005 Paris, France, where we start with a coffee or tea and the first introduction at 10AM.

It is recommended to find a hotel or AirBnB in a short distance from there, or easy transportation.
