Stylish dog walking

One morning when going to the Thorsten von Overgaard workshop I met this wonderful scenery in the streets of Rome. Always wearing your camera, no lens cap, ready to shoot are some of the lessons you learn at the Leica workshops with Thorsten. And I am glad I adapted these fundamental guidelines, because if I had my camera in my bag, without the app. right exposure set when I walked into the streets, I would have missed this moment.

Colour or monochrome. Normally I favour B&W but with this image (that works in both versions), I preferred the colour version. Because the colours are sparkling and adds emotion to this particular image. A dreamy image that could be from the fifties if it wasn’t for the mobile phone. And who else walks their dogs dressed up like her? People from Rome does.
